A note on logistics, because it matters: the courthouse itself is a working court, and civil ceremonies aren't held inside it. Couples get legally married nearby — at the Riverside County Clerk's office or the 14th Street Chapel downtown — then we use the courthouse and the surrounding streets for portraits.
